@Dammit you have trailcross five ten right? How is that sole on wet rocks, grass or mud?

The trailcross clip in looks like might be good for me, but wonder if I'd need to reshod in a vibrum sole.

I have some too, they're surprisingly good at schlepping up wet stuff, a day walking up sodden parts of Redlands I never slipped once. Obviously my feet were drenched though

Very niche. When I'm racing my mountain bike I'm very rarely pedalling.

I'd agree - they're fine for walking around, and I think all the soles are the same across the range. They certainly are on the four pairs that I've ended up with.

Glory be, it’s daylight after work all of a sudden so intervals can now be done in the woods not on the trainer. So much more fun

They are true to addidas sizing. I am 48EU in FiveTen/Adidas, 48EU in Specialized and 47EU in Fizik and Vans if that helps.
I am very happy with mine. Ridden every day for two months with no issues. No really climbed any wet rocks tho

I am normally 46 (fizik) and ordered 46, 46.5 and 47. So should have one the works. I do like my shoes a little big.

I have a sonder transmitter which is most great, but I just want it to feel a little more lively.

Looking at the geo, the front end is a bit lower than the likes of an orange crush for example.

anyone got anything to sell? or fancy the transmitter frame / bike ? Ill add a photo soon

My brakes (SRAM level) are a bit lacking in bite for my taste, what can I do that isn’t £££?
