There was definitely a lot of people going on about how he only won because sprinters crashed out etc etc.

Would any other sprinter have said "nah, thanks. I don't want 4 stage wins and the green jersey cos it doesn't really count, the big dogs crashed out so it's not worth as much..."

Balls they would.

Obviously no one would turn it down. But would Cav himself think more of a win if it was up against the best in the world? Of course he would.

Everyone is arguing slightly different things
