That is a great looking poster, that really captures the spirit of the film. An auction house that I’ve got many posters from is having an auction of Mondo prints in the next few weeks, so I’d been looking at a few prints. They did a lenticular of The Thing that is really good as well, all sold out of course ;(

Polish film posters can be quite different, usually drawn by soneone who had not seen the film and based only a description of what happens.
I have a small number of Polish posters, including Taxi Driver (I collect Taxi Driver posters) and that Alien facehugger.
