After routing, fitting spade ends etc etc to run Exposure Revo & Sinewave Revolution, I have decided I'd rather keep the Revolution permanently in a top tube bag. I can't route it through the cable port of this bag without taking everything apart again...unless I chop the cable, and fit spade connectors fairly close to the Revolution box. In theory this would be helpful for cleaning the bike too, and general disassembly without having to pull the hub-end spade connectors off and remove the wiring from the fork.
Is there anything I'm missing in a counter argument? How badly can I fuck it up?
