Are you allowed to stick a private plate on a lease car, just curious.

Most lease companies will allow it. Of course they then become the owner of the plate so it’s a faff. We’re keeping the Y for 4 years so it’s fine.

Of course, there’s an ‘admin fee’

Thanks for the quick reply, we have a private plate on retention and was wondering whether to put it on our leased mini.
