Does the seatpost slip as a result of this?

Hi,
No - no issues with it slipping.

Ah sweet, this is almost a completely non-helpful comment but I met someone at the fixed beers thing last night who was more or less announcing to everyone to let him know if they had a 54cm fixie for sale, no idea what his name was but I'm going to look into finding him and if I do I'll send him here haha

Yes now sold
Owned from new and used at Herne Hill for a few years - fitted a front brake to go to and from the track hence the paint loss at the brake hole.
Frame pretty clean although has a few small paint chips here and there. Never came off it so functionally and cosmetically good. Includes frame, fork, seat clamp and headset (not the smoothest but still good).
Note: I had issues with the frame filling with rainwater - tended to wash grit up into the seat tube when the bike was hung up which caused seatpost ticking issues. I eventually drilled a hole in the BB shell to allow it to drain. Never properly solved the ticking, but it probably wants a good clean down inside the seat tube and may be fine with a different seatpost and enough grease or grip paste. Anyway, this is reflected in the price.
Will take £85, collection from Catford, or will ship at buyer's expense.
