Hopefully the brickwork is distinct enough to be a decent clue.

Lol. I thought that one would keep you guys at bay for a few days. Wrong!
Cold out, hey? I went out for a sarnie at lunchtime; it was very sunny but bitingly cold too.

Being pedantic, I think it's Waterloo Place. Richmond Road is above Round Hill Crescent.

Yeah, but the bulbs are flowering in Valley Garden and there's warmth in the sun. Spring is coming!

It's possible I just spend too much time/money at Pelicano's.

Shall we say Richmond Place and call it even?

The brickwork is key but I've just noticed how bad the quality of that photo is. I'll upload a better version this eve.

If I'd have picked it up I'd have called it Lewes Road

You could have spared my feelings and waited a little!
Usually if I’m out it’s squeezed in among other errands so don’t have the time to find something tricky or too far out of the way. I might have to build up a backlog of tags but not sure if that’s cheating and/or frowned upon.

Yeah but the bulbs were flowering and there was warmth in the sun, and Spring is springing!! I could not help myself! And oh the joy of leaving work in the evening while there's still daylight.

Fine by me, mush.
Oliver might not approve re. the London game, but we're more loosey-goosey here in Brighton. A good tag is a good tag... I for one don't care if you got it last week, last month, whatever.

I really enjoy these tags.
After an embarassing false start looking for 'Jon Mius', before realising it was in cursive, the name welded on lead me to Jon Mills where there is a photo of the railings with the filename prestonpl07_72.
And I learned that he has done lots of work around town, including the train in the railings over New England Road.
Preston Park Avenue / Stanford Avenue.

Good for you! Great work. You followed the clue perfectly. That Jon Mills is very talented, his work is terrific. I was interested and surprised to learn that he also did the metalwork for my earlier tag this year, https://www.lfgss.com/comments/16342523/
Plus he’s made various other bits of fantastic metalwork that I’ve seen around town for years.
