  • had to patch the inner tube on my r&m load 75, which has an enviolo hub so of course you have to remove the gear cables to get the wheel off

    Replacing the gear cable nodule thing into the housing on the hub. The bottom gear cable doesn't have anywhere close to enough slack to get back into the housing on the hub. Played around with the barrell adjusters but still at least 5mm too short.

    Anyone else had this problem?

  • I also had this issue. One thing it could be is that the thing that accepts the cables does not go through its full rotation if the hub is at rest (you may have noticed that the full gear range is not accessible when you stop). If you give the hub a pedal it should allow you to move the nodule thing more in both directions. This may solve your issue (or may not 🙃).

  • There will be a way, if it was on there ok before. Quite hard to help without looking sorry

    For next time could be worth trying to remove the tube from the rotor side, leaving the enviolo attached. Works with UA.
