So I'd aim to keep your 3 sec power avg somewhere just below your 1min power best, and try to swallow the sick once you reach the top.
Yeah, as I said, short climb so FTP will have little bearing on result. Performance at VO2max and above would be better indicator and looking at your FTP on a headunit is more likely to lose you time than help with any kind of pacing.
Just fucking sprint up it, and keep going until you crest it.
