They could in theory be allowed to buy tickets from their own club with no transfer of revenue from that club to the pariah of the English game.

No income (or very little), no cash injections from Abramovich, with lots of wages that won't be paid but they're not able (presumably) to sell players in the summer.
And isn't there a rule that players can't play if they're not paid? I wonder where this will end
