    Yes but the only goal is to ride within myself lol. Basically I have been going 'slow' and with PM mmmmmmmaybe I could go a little above 13mph knowing my fuel tank better.

  • Here are my main screens for road (Garmin obvs, but am sure wahoo has the same).

    First is standard display, second is laps for training rides/efforts, third is in depth

  • I think the actual answer to your question is:

    • Take your 20 min power
    • Multiply it by 0.95 to get your theoretical 1 hour FTP
    • Show % FTP on your computer screen, 10s average rather than actual, to smooth it a bit
    • Don't go over about 80% -85% depending on length of ride until the rugby club
