After a year of trying to buy a Victorian / Edwardian 4 bed in East London we have given up.

Had an offer accepted today on a 4-bed apartment/maisonette in the same development we sold in last year in Stoke Newington.

I'm actually quite pleased. Secure, gated parking for my cargo bike, and I can retain the smug sense of misplaced superiority that comes with living in Stoke Newington. And ride to work in 20 minutes.

This is the place .

Needs gutting and redoing but will be good once done.
