not helpful, but with the help of some forum deals i had some bitex/kinlin 31 28h/28h cx wheels built along those lines.
i am very happy with them, light and solid.

I have some Easton EA90 RT 100/130 Shimano 11s wheels to sell. Rear braking surface is worn, front is fine. PM if interested.
