Well it is too late now and I always use my compressor anyways.

The mudguards i bought for the winter fixie didn't fit but I found some black beater alu guards in the attic which will do for now.
I was out of single speed spacers kits but found some alu that just needed a bit of machening on the lathe.
I am building it up as a single speed until I can find some time to order spokes and build up a fixed rear wheel.Left to do is swap for a black seatpost. Silver feel out of place.
Get sealant in tyres, wrap bars, shorten and bleed brakes and mount chain and pedals.

Another 10/10 project....How do you do it man.

That’s exquisite! Can we get some side by side shots of the road and fixed once they’re both done?

While y'all was out partying I studied the sword 🗡️

Thanks I will try and make that happen.
But fixie is not in its final configuration until next winter. I am just rushing to finish it so I can go riding now. I could ride the all road but theres is loads of salt on the roads in Denmark still and I have spend money on building it up and I can't get myself to ruin it this quickly -

What's the plan for a new MTB? This one is so fly!
-
• #5585
Same ish. But larger tube diameters, my own yoke design, slightly slacker and sliding thru axle rear dropouts... Uhh and more slope top tube as the current top tube is to close to the nuts when foot down

Sorry about your knees and that I'm not closer to your stature, so the GT won't fit me.

It is not far off being your size. It's Def too small for me

Hah! I love that bike but every time I see pictures of it I find myself wondering “does this man have incredibly long legs or does he have an admirable lack of regard for the structural integrity of his bollocks?”
And now I know.

Well I do have extremely long inseam for my hight. I went for high top tube because I had a Specialized sscx where I bent the seatpost remounting.
New frame will feature a 31.6mm dropper so should not be a problem -
• #5592
Interesting.. what size is it?
And are you selling complete or frame/parts? -
• #5593
Could be any way you'd want really.
I'll measure up soon.
Wouldn't mind keeping the wheels and Rockshox for my in law and the SS chainring, chain and cog for my next build. Also could probably not get myself to sell the 27.2 Zoom seat post either. It could be useful for something else. But GT could be sold in many configs. Let's talk if you are keen. Rather not ship if I can avoid it
I have these Bullmoose that would look great on there

Aha
Lubing the inside of the screw on fitting with some grease helps too.
