Nice. Picking up my dads model Y tomorrow in Birmingham and mine is being delivered on Thursday.
My dad has had to fly back from France for 48 hours to collect his otherwise they were putting him to the back of the queue 🤷🏼♂️

Yeah I had the option of picking this up or waiting until June - if it wasn’t bang on MOT, Tax and Insurance needing to be renewed I probably would have waited. Going to be an interesting journey back faced with a full day of toddler care the following day!

Tenderloin
Picking up my Model 3 LR tomorrow. Been a bit of a rollercoaster journey which has resulted in me having to drive from north of Glasgow to Kent to pick it up tomorrow (by choice which is full of regret). Doing it there and back in a oner 😬 due to childcare the next day.
Teslas pre sale service is great - although I’ve never bought a new car so can’t compare - the “post sale” service is piss poor. Multiple delays, no communication and the feeling of being in a lottery whether you’ll get a car in the next few months or not.
Mixed emotions as I’m trading in my late dads car which I’ve kept in great condition for the last 6 years.
