You'd think, given this is his last season, that he might actually throw caution to the wind once in his career and try something like Pogacar attempted today. But as always, he sucks wheels as close to the finish line as possible, then nips away for a podium place.

Narvaez has his number, on at least two occasions he let a gap go and forced Valverde to close it.

I heard that Red Bull have become a (small) sponsor for Jumbo-Visma in order to have Wout wear a Red Bull helmet. I think they did the same with Bora for Anton Palzer.

They're not sponsoring Ineos though, so are Tom has to keep his normal lid.
