I linked to this in the running thread but it's my mix for a 10k run. 166BPM throughout, very few vocals. I've been doing 15/20 minutes mixes for my morning run that are also on the soundcloud account. Along with some of my amateur noodling :)

Nice one that sounds ideal for a tempo session 👍 I'm going for a 5k pb this week so I'm looking for something really meaty to help drive me through it

Check it out, see if it suits you. When I had a bit more time on my hands I was doing a mix every night to run to the next day. I'm sure you can get an app to adjust the tempo if you need to.

I'll take a look I usually use mixcloud and YouTube and keep neglecting soundcloud until someone usually on here reminds me.
