Will give you some insight into the moral panic that gripped the nation and brought about the changes in film censorship.
I collect VHS and have done a fair bit of research into why/when tapes changed and what makes them desirable.
The highlander sleeve you have is from a collection known as “warner pulse” - they were retail (sell-thru) tapes that were for direct sale to the public. Generally not desirable by collectors but some like them as when displayed they look nice on a shelf.
