It's getting there. Not arsed about photos til I get my silver seat post fitted (could be here next week some time).
No mudguards with the 48mm tyres, not enough room, I think I may leave it without, and use Winston 1 when it's wet, I have been looking around for 42mm tyres that could allow mudguards to squeeze in, but not sure yet.
Bag wise, I'm gonna put a stiffener in my Carradice audax and run a minimal front rack (eventually).
Shifters are Dia compe ene 11 speed, the washer for the Shimano shifter is on it's way, but first ride I'm gonna leave the friction shifters on and see how they go.Apart from the seat post, couple of little bits to finish off, need to re-wrap one side of the bars (needs to be a bit tighter), and apply some frame protection tape where the cables rub, other than that it's pretty much done.

What are the friction shifters? I have a feeling your DA ones would look better once you've sourced the washer
