Fittipaldi is likely to take over for testing but would be surprised if he's racing in Bahrain, worth checking out how he managed to get his super licence (https://www.racefans.net/2020/11/30/how-pietro-fittipaldi-narrowly-qualified-for-his-f1-debut-this-weekend/).
Giovanazzi would be a much better option IMO
German papers are reporting that Mazepin is out at Haas. One paper has Fittipaldi racing instead, another has Giovanazzi back into F1. I don't think either of those two are going to set the world alight but they're definitely going to be better than Nikita
