I bought a Milwaukee off ebay a month or 2 back and it's nice, but not terribly impressed. I think Swrve may have changed the fabric over the years but, I'm not sure. It's not waterproof at all, I mean, a 200 meter walk in heavy rain resulting in wet shoulders.
I have the Deck jacket and some blk lable 3/4s and they both shrug off the rain for ages before penetration. Perhaps I'll treat it
