3D Printing

Anyone creating their own stl files here? Keen to get some tips on creating a pretty straightforward file from an image. I'm creating a print of all the tracks I've won at this year in the sim rig. Managed to find a guy who's created over 200 1:10000 scale race track files but there are four track variations that aren't in that file set:

1. Okayama Int (short variation)
   
2. Summit Point (Jefferson circuit)
   
3. Outlton Park (Fosters variation)
   
4. Oran Park (South)
   
   

There are plenty of circuit maps available online (example below). What would be the workflow to get them into a printable file and scale them to the other circuits?
