Just back from 300 miles of finest Scotland, the more I look for them, the more i notice small scale hydro projects, often on private estates tucked away in a bit of forestry.

Just got a bill from commercial landlord, trying to stiff me the going rate TODAY for electric used since this time last year, you know, when it was way less than half. I have access to his utilities account, know for a fact he doesn't pay anything like the price per unit he's saying he does. Normally he's a decent guy but this is leaving a bad taste. Off for some solicitor advise and a letter (the price difference in 1 years of electric at this guys 'mark up' is worth solicitor time believe me. Fucking profiteer's like.
