Cheers, will hit you up on that. Problem is the Chinese Brompton I got for my gf, is out to tolerance and therefore needs a larger sleeve to accommodate the seat tube from slipping.

Have you tried shimming it with e.g. aluminium drinks can? Not sure 3D printing will be tough enough for this application..
