  • @Acliff i don’t want to spend £1000 on a hob though!
£500-£600 would be about as much as i want to pay.

i actually have a half width Neff induction which was an extortionate £550
(small kitchen and the only way to get all the under counter appliances plus comply with 30cm from an upright unit/wall)

  • You can get the matching half width Neff dual gas burner then? I think they're about £450? You'll also need the joining strip, and plumbing for gas and plug for electricity for ignition.

No decent brand dominos are cheap, and anything with a dual fuel induction/gas is £1000+.
I spent ages and ages searching for my kitchen.
The cheapest dual fuel hob is the AEG at around £750. But it doesn't have the fancy dual linked cooking zones and is 90cm wide.
The Smeg one that I had has a 6kw wok burner, which I preferred over the 5kw one on the AEG.

no its in a different property not the one with a new kitchen to sort, can’t be arsed to move it what with having to find and fit a cheaper replacement and maybe have to get worktop cut etc..
think it’s going to be just gas then unless something turns up in a sale.
