I dont mind if they ban where they are entered from a country but from a team like ineos where they have strong anti-doping rules etc .. bit strong

The only way is a blanket ban though... nobody is a doper until they are caught doping. If you ask the "man in the street", Wiggins and Froome are dopers. You have to draw a line, the clear line is where your license or passport is from.
