Some that I won't be showing anybody.
I've got some shallow carbon hoops waiting for a suitable set of hubs to replace the temporary ones eventually -

Well the rear brake doesn't work yet and the stem and seatpost aren't final but here it is finally. Fast road bike with clearance for 32c in the summer and has subtle fender mounts front and rear for the winter.
I have some rotor cranks for it too when I get around to buying a big ring for them

I like it

yes!
Any idea on clearance and size with fenders? -
• #310
I was hoping for 28s and fenders, the frame will do that no problem but I'm not sure on the fork yet

What's the fork A2C? I nearly bought this at one point which apparently takes 38mm so should easily do a 28mm with guards, 380mm A2C. Only road A2C one I could find.

Usual caveat of the PX product descriptions being completely divorced from reality though.

367mm.
If I was willing to go to 380, I'd have gotten a futura gravel fork which is 382, clearance for 40 and fender mounts but I wanted a road fork. The brief was fast road bike. What I didn't want was a gappy endurance bike with space for way bigger tyres than I'll ever want to use. I have other bikes for that

The fork is usually always the problem if you want fenders AND 28s, aftermarket models anyway.
Have not researched OEM forks, but I guess there could be some options there.Maybe we need to do a group order, I bet we could come close to minimum requirements for a small batch run for something custom.

I think that's probably the geometrical limit. 10mm for the guard and some clearance, >10mm for the bolt and crown, and a bead seat of 311mm leaves you 36mm to get the tyre in on a 367mm fork. Guess you could shave a couple of mm off if you bolt it in from underneath with some kind of countersunk bolt.
@PhilDAS I though 380mm was road A2C! Seems like all the endurance bikes have gone to 397mm nowadays

That turned out great, bet it‘s fun to ride once the rear brake is sorted.
