We’ve got a plastic trowel with serrated edge we bought from Wilkos for maybe £1 years and years ago. It lives on the allotment most of the year and does fine work for gardening as well as digging poop holes. Weighs fuck all and has a little hole at the top so you could attach a cord and dangle-trowel it if required.
Sometimes I worry about people on here just searching high and low for stuff to spaff coin on!
