I think I read that the Ukraine govt is making arrangements for foreigners to volunteer to fight. I wonder who'll go? If I wasn't so old and had a cat and no experience of fighting I'd probably be thinking about it. I've been upset about Ukraine and Putin since Euromaidan, when Putin shot people for wanting to join the EU. Then the UK voted to leave it. So Ukraine appeals to me as a more homely place than here.
