Think am starting to believe the propaganda of little or punitive measures to Russia while the truth is different. The if it is said enough times it becomes the truth. Didn't even know about the collapse of the ruble was link to sanctions rather that global economic issues.
EDIT: To you and @dau Genuine thank you for showing me why I am wrong, with proof.
