If you Google it you will probably get put on a list. It burns very very unpleasantly.

Disovles in petrol to make it sticky.

If your molotov-cocktail is just burning fuel there is a risk that it runs off the target too quickly. But if you add plastic it will melt on the surface and the whole thing gets nice and sticky.
