You'll need some base coat/primer, and a colour coat. Pref enamel type paint (real enamel not water based water stuff) and a small brush. model shops pretty good for it. Add the smallest amount of primer and dry, same for colour, maybe stick a bit of gloss clear over it to seal. Best way as it'll likely just keep blistering as the water can get underneath it
