Looking to sell off one of the wifes bikes now we no longer leave the house or do exercise or anything.
Orbit Pista frame, quite unique as it has a steep seat tube angle and fittings for brakes and mudguards but defo isn't a conversion (old boys road trainer?).
Record hubs, headset and cranks. 3TTT stem and post, tattered San Marco seat and some random swept back bars.
What we talking these days? Here it is when first built with some basic wheels (now Low flange Record Pista)

Need to shift this frame i had build a while back as i have 2 other road bikes that get used more and this was duplicating my Pegoretti, plus moving into a new place with my partner means trimming down the 8 bikes between us.
it’s a 56 (565 effective top tube) and based on stock 56 pegoretti geometry, oversize columbus spirit tube set, i didn’t like the world champ stripes so covered them with electrical tape, no dings/dents and the only real issue is the paint round the internal cable routing hasn’t keyed very well to the bronze/brazing so needs to be touched up (area size of baby’s small fingernail)
comes with columbus headset and a converter/BB for SRAM cranks. i ordered a BSA bb but the Italians did their own thing and it takes some kind of press fit BB, though i guess the shell is bigger and suits the bigger DT. comes with columbus headset and i think the forks are columbus too or maybe Deda, and i do have set of force brakes and shifters (rest of groupset went on winter disk bike) to go with it though those are easier to put a price on.
did a few thousand km on it but not enough to wear out the new chain that went on it when built up.
New the frame is €2650 obviously it’s not even worth half that but i thought around £650 or is that way off?
it’s this exact frame on the Chesini website -

How much mileage and how worn are the parts?
11 speed?
Knock 20% off what he paid and see how things go, buyers will haggle, I'll say stand firm if it's barely used.

Mileage probably around 5000km but he bought new wheels in April before doing a 200mile ride with me and then he hasn't ridden since... So they have had 600km.
Yeah 11speed

• #2434
That's a plus point on the wheels.
Chain, cassette, bottom bracket and brake pads? Any ideas when they were replaced?
-
• #2435
All done apart from the cassette in April before that ride.

Go for top dollar, sounds like it is a well maintained bike.

Campagnolo aero water bottle & cage in good condition. What should a realistic asking price be?
Cheers

How much would a Fulcrum racing 600DB wheelset (disc) be? They have been ridden <20km and are pristine. They've been discontinued so can't see what rrp was.
-
• #2439
The "Racing 600 DB" custom model has the same technical features as the "Racing 6 DB" model
This might help :) Guessing OEM branding..

I have a very tired Trek Emonda SLR that I need to sell locally. Unfortunately the picture doesn't highlight how bad things are but I feel I might need to write off the frame and base the price on components. I believe it's a 2015 H1 Project One with U5 Vapour Coat (I weighed the frame at 760g with some hardware.) It already has a repair on the downtube and on the front derailleur hanger but carries many battle scars on the head tube and seat stays. The bottom bracket shell is basically fucked. It's rideable but the press fit bearings go in by hand and there is significant play with the cranks fitted. I still rode it like that for 5000km but I'm not sure if there's much value in a frame that beat up.
Component wise it's DA9000 fairly worn and I also have spare standard chainrings, Hope carbon tubulars, Bontrager speedstop brakes, SLR ti rail saddle, Zipp alloy bars, the seat mast is the inline and I also have a short one with offset.
Bike weighs approx 6.1kg as is. And FWIW the repairs were done by London Carbon Repairs with a transferable warranty. I'm no longer in the UK and the prices of used bikes here tend to be a little higher. Would I be dreaming to expect at least 1000 € for this bike? Any input appreciated, cheers.

split it, nothing wrong with a good carbon repair but the other bb/cosmetic issues would be a no from me, somebody might want it for turbo duties but then it being light/carbon is a bit of a moot point.
and can somebody please comment on my Chesini post up there, impending move/renovation means i’ll have to do something about selling it.

The Chesini looks like a bargain @ £650 - I’d have already snapped it up if it was a bit bigger.

Hey. I've got a signed Wiggle Honda Jersey from 2013 if I recall correctly, signed by full team in their first year including the olympians Trott, Rowsell, King. They all signed it at Ride London, which was unusual as they only signed in groups for the public. (I was working at the event).
No idea whether it's worth £20 or £200.
Always been framed, but never really appreciated, and could use the frame for something I'm more interested in.

Maybe try AMP'oholics group on FB? Looking through the sales (mostly in $) looks like about $150 for a fork, maybe $300-$500 for F&F?
The way things are going I'll be sending him down the mines as soon as he can hold a shovel.
