Is this a rat bike or just a nice bike that's got a little dirty from riding it in the rain a couple times? Still a fan though

It definitely cleans up for sure. But it's the reused, too short and crash torn bar tape, heel rubbed cranks, mismatched tyres, stupid mudguard, both sides dented stickered top tube etc
By no means as rat as most in here
