yo, actually it's no problem getting the rearwheel in and out. this is the biggest ratio I intend to run on this, so if I change gears it'll be less slammed

ah cool. thought i'd mention in case you'd joined the chain as tightly as possible without thinking about needing enough slack to clear the chain over the teeth to remove it.
definitely something you want to discover at home and not stuck miles away with a puncture and no chain tool in your bag. heh.
looks great but that chain looks like it's going to make it a massive pain in the arse to get the wheel on and off with it slammed into the rear track ends like that at that tension.
I remember setting mine up like that once thinking it'd save retensioning when the chain went slack but ended up buying a new chain and fitting so it was a link or two longer as it was a proper faff to do maintenance on it.
