Deffo found that I was way hungrier on Monday/Tuesday after some binges over the weekend while away (but managed to keep them a lot more in check than I usually would).
Seemed to be back on it again today tho. Scales have also gone up a touch, but deffo to be expected.
But it deffo makes me think about how eating crap food deffo makes eating less harder in general.
