I'm 47 in a couple of weeks and other than school classes where we did imperial as a sort of maths history, buying sweets and obviously going to the pub/greengrocer, I've never used imperial measurements in my life. Even my grandfather who died nearly 20 years ago (he'd have been 110 now) and who wasn't partial to European "bollocks" had given up on imperial measurements.

Yeah. Front tyre, not so much. Luckily fell into the hedgerow. Lonesome place / locals traffic and I think I’d recognise the VW Golf… so may not be so great for them when I catch it.
