Went out for first run since the big one on Sunday - legs are feeling better, just have a slightly clickier ankle than before.
Was intending an easy one but ended up doing a 20min 5k. Heart rate was definitely a bit higher than usual but that’s to be expected. Just felt really good to get the legs moving quickly for some reason.
Have also been doing kettlebell swings and squats every night to keep the posterior chain strong while the mileage takes a break.
