• I've actually not found myself recording weights for a wee bit now. I know I'm hovering around the 84.5/85kg mark and still counting calorie with more modest deficits. (Goal was 82kg but I have realised that might be the peak rather than sustainable so 83 is good)

    Just good vibes over here. Look good, feel good, putting in miles.

    Kudos to everyone still 'being good" well into February!
