Closing the door is a legitimate tactic, as long as you do it gradually and without dangerous movements. I don’t think Groenewegen has much to complain about, he knows if he tries to pass in a gap between a rider and the barrier then he runs the risk of having the door shut on him.
The move he did on Jakobsen in Poland was different, as they were side by side when he closed the door.
@snoops I didn't think it looked too bad but I just wish sprinters would stick to their line, and that line being at roughly 90 degrees to the finish line.
