    Clocked in at 82.x during the week, but another over-carbed Saturday bumped things back up for weigh-in. Was a hard week, a few slow days meant a lot of distraction snacking. Basically no exercise either. Doubt I'll be out much this week as I've got an interview on my day off, second half of a plastering course all weekend and rain rain rain.

    Starting to fit into some shirts I've not been able to wear for a while. Still a little way to go before they're properly comfortable again.
