Thats my collarbone permanently sprung at the ac joint my right wrist is the same. Pulled it off my shoulder blade hitting a tree so it's only attached at the front and to my trapezius muscles but no ligaments left attaching it to my scapula. I've had consultations for pinning or weaver dunn procedures but both had drawbacks so just loads of physio and theraband work and I've got full range of motion just wierd mechanics. No pain but i can't do pull ups, row or incline press at the gym. I've just been told to try not to land on it again now. Although it won't hurt as much now there's hardly any ligaments left to tear but it won't take much of a knock to pull it right up again. Apart from my neck and spine which would be the worst I've broken every part of my upper body crashing off road over the years. My brain and cardio feels young still but my body feels really old. No arthritis yet though although I've been told to expect it in that shoulder so that's something to look forward too. I had braces fitted in November to fix my smashed teeth as well which is costing me more than my most expensive bike but needed doing.

Jesus Christ!
I use heavy tools and machinery for work, an injury that affects my mobility is my worst nightmare. Every time I crash on the mtb it gives me some serious doubts. No pain but i can do pull ups, row or incline press at the gym
Was that a typo? Can or can’t?
My brother in law crashed in a road race last year, lost his front teeth and a broken jaw. No concussion thankfully but the dental bill could pay for a hyper-bike 😟
Ooft! Looks like a golf ball in there. Had it checked out?
I feel like I’ve had more big crashes in the past two years than I’ve had in 20 years of riding.
I definitely don’t bounce off the ground the same way I used to.
