It’s good to see a 4, weight loss has seemed slow over the last 2 weeks.
I had added daily burpees, and callisthenics during the day, like pull-ups, chin-ups, leg raises, L-Sits, planche progressions, so I feel quite a lot leaner and see a big visual change over the last 2 weeks, more than the 600g weight change suggests.
A week in France next week, where I will aim to up the cycling, keep up the training, but naturally eat more.
Leaves myself too much to lose in March to get to 68kg, but 70kg should be achievable and very acceptable if I’ve gained the muscle mass that I think I have.
