• I've tried all sorts over the years...kneeling stools, gym balls, various expensive office chairs in various expensive offices...whatever I sit on I will just end up curled up into a slumpy little ball. After facing the truth that my subconscious can even find a way to slump on a gym ball I gave up and decided I might as well just buy a basic chair to slump in.

The only thing that has made a difference, which is new, is the sit stand desk at work goes lower than normal so I can sit with my feet on the ground. Bingo, no longer curl my legs under me.

    I know the feeling.

One thing that worked for me was raising my monitor a lot higher. YMMV of course.
