Replacing the swingarm pivot bushes is fairly easy to bodge. Reaming the new bushes in place takes some care and more care if you are bodging it. If you don’t need to ream the new bushes, great but that isn’t my experience.
All new bushes need reaming, it’s a piece of piss, just need a reamer, my 4 year old can do it if I drill the bolts off for her

Piloted vs. unpiloted reamer makes a difference. I have seen somebody do a shitty job with an unpiloted reamer.
