    How is he not been charged for fraud?

    Google seems to claim that there is no crime because people willingly bought him stuff.

    Take the flights as an example: He asks for a flight. Girl pays for flight (albeit because they think he doesn't have money). He takes flight.

    Fair enough. I can just about accept that.

    But in the case of the cash loans. He dishonesty fakes that his life is in danger and as a result of that lie girl brings cash/transfers funds, which he will pay back - so a loan. Then he falsifies bank transactions to pretend that he has repaid the loan, when he hasn't.

    How does that not meet the definition of fraud?

    Or is it that the definition of fraud in the various countries the girls are from, differs from ours? Or is there something to do with extradition laws with Israel which makes it a non-starter?
