700c 10 speed wheelset w/ tyres and tubes (<£100)

As per the title. Cheaper the better!

Not bothered on aesthetics. Building a friend a bike and need a set of cheap 700c road wheels (10sp shimano freehub)

Tyres and tubes are a bonus

I have a Rolf wheelset going:

Rolf Vector 9/10/11sp Shimano - Replacement wheels for the above. Old school and a bit narrow but actually still a decent wheelset for the lighter rider. On the right bike they look great too. - £offer

I've got 2x 10sp SRAM cassettes (I think 11-26 and 11-28) if you're interested that you can have for a tenner each.

I'd be interested in 11-28 if happy to post depending on mileage.
