100%, 20kg is about the difference from the heaviest I've been to the lightest I've been, and putting it into a vest gives you a real appreciation of what that difference feels like!
I had thought of going for the 20kg vest, but 30kg gives room for improvement.
Thinking of doing 5 reps pullups x 3, 5 rep chinups x 3 at 15kg, and adding a kg a week.
I'm dropping just under 1kg of weight a week at the moment, so should compensate for the weight drop.
Just bought a 30kg weight vest.
Its a lot heavier than I expected...
