sometimes when I hit legs / squats hard-ish after a break they continue to be sore for up to a week afterwards in various forms. As long as you haven't actually properly damaged anything (always hard to tell, but I think if you've been doing stuff for a while you can tell the difference), I find still doing stuff helps with the recovery. YMMV but I'd say probs say go with some movement if it feels good.
Thanks. I don’t think it’s proper damage so I have continued with an hour of z2 in the mornings and I think it’s improving. It’s just I have Superhans echoing in the back of my mind saying “If it feels good, do it.” Which is not reassuring.
