I did legs today. I’m surprised I managed to walk out and then drive my legs were like jelly.
My squat game is a bit pathetic managed the 5x5 with 55kg on a bar.
Using the different squat machines is helping though.
My wife says it’s because I’ve got long legs. Seems like a solid excuse to me.
